Payments
Fees are paid termly either by Go Cardless or BACS.
Fees should be paid in full by the due date otherwise a £10.00 admin fee will be added to the termly invoice.
Missed lessons can be made up in other timetables lessons. Any missed lessons will not be deducted from your invoice or made up in extra teacher time.
Should Unlimited Dance have to cancel a lesson it will be made up at the end of term or deducted from the following terms invoice.
Respect
At Unlimited Dance we have respect for our students and their families, we ask that this respect be given back to our teachers and volunteers. We will not tolerate any abusive behaviour within our dance community.
Bullying
We have a zero tolerance where bullying is concerned, this can be from verbal bullying or online / social media bullying. If a student is caught acting in this way we will ask them to leave immediately, with no refund given.
Commitment
Our teachers will be 100% committed to your child and their dance journey, in return we ask that you support your child in their classes and they also give us 100% commitment. Working together like this in harmony creates a good learning foundation.
Absence from Class
If your child is unable to attend one of their lessons they can attend any other class on our timetable to make this up.

Private lessons can be made up by either rescheduling the missed session with their teacher or if time allows adding extra time on at the end of their private lesson.
Cancellation Policy
At Unlimited Dance Company, we require commitment to classes for each term to ensure consistency for our dancers and the smooth running of our timetable.
• A minimum of half a term’s notice is required to cancel a class.
This is normally six (6) weeks’ written notice.
• Notice must be given in writing (email is acceptable) and will take effect from the date it is received.
• Any fees paid beyond the required notice period may be:
• Transferred and used against another class or workshop (subject to availability), or
• Refunded, at the discretion of Unlimited Dance Company.
• Fees covering the notice period are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Failure to provide the required notice will result in fees being payable up to the end of the notice period.
Unlimited Dance Company reserves the right to review cancellations on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.
