• All videos purchased are for personal use only.

• Buyers are not permitted to share, copy, distribute, upload, or resell the video in any form.

2. Copyright & Ownership

• All dance videos remain the intellectual property of Unlimited Dance Company.

• Purchase of a video does not transfer ownership or copyright to the buyer.

3. No Unauthorized Sharing

• Videos may not be shared with friends, family, or on any online platform (including social media, YouTube, file-sharing sites, or messaging apps).

• Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action.

4. Non-Commercial Use

• Videos cannot be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: public screenings, paid classes, or promotional material, without written permission.

5. Refunds & Access

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a video has been delivered.

• Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate device/software to view the video.

6. Agreement

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
